I want to give a huge shout-out to Cycle Africa Bike Bags who provided me with the MOST awesome and perfect saddle bag for the #Sedgefield500 race this year. It was the perfect fit and size! 8L volume Gravel Saddle Bag, it has long reflective strips down both sides (superb vis at night), weight around 400gr only in total. A bungee cord on the top for easy reach jacket or extra top when needed. Large and very strong Velcro straps to hold it securely with 2 broad rubberised straps to stop slipping on the seat post. High-Viz pull out inner bag to aid washing. It also has a reinforced underside to stop possible abrasion again the rear wheel (the weakest point on any bag and the death of many) A very well-designed bag by an adventure cyclist. The BONUS, it’s proudly made in South Africa.
